Three confident women who walk their talk created The Stepping Up Program (www.steppingupprogram.com) in February of this year. Kathleen Trotter, Briony Glassco and Quinn Simpson came together to provide a service to develop life skills for young people, ages 16-26. Their package is designed to be the perfect gift for graduation or birthday, providing specialists for the three most important aspects of life - our body, mind and soul.

Trotter works with the young person as a personal trainer who focuses not only on the body, but also ongeneral wellness. Depending on their desired focus, Kathleen will put together a program that will improve energy, develop correct posture, manage stress or get the client into shape!

Glassco develops communication skills through teaching specific presentation and interview techniques. This creates a focused mind and allows them to present themselves with confidence.

Simpson, who goes by Coach Quinn in the world of coaching, works with the young person’s soul and as a whole person: their values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment and life’s purpose. Her intention is to help them develop their own definition of success and happiness, which occurs through conscious goal setting or simply conversing about what is most fulfilling.

Each remarkable specialist offers three hours in the program, which is currently going for the low cost of $750.00 (excluding tax).
